Return and Refund Policy

At New oshwal Ice cream, we understand the importance of your satisfaction with our food products. While we generally do not offer returns or refunds for delivered items, we make exceptions in the following situations:

  1. **Expired Products:** If you receive products that have passed their expiry date.
  2. **Wrong Order:** If a wrong order is delivered to you.

To request a return or refund, please ensure the following steps are followed within 24 hours of delivery or takeaway:

  1. The product must be unopened.
  2. Send an email to customercare@oshwalfoods.com , attaching an image of the expired product or the wrong order.
  3. Mention your order number in the email.

Once we receive your email and the returned product, our team at will carefully inspect and verify the situation. Please note that the decision to refund the products rests solely with the company and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

If your complaint is accepted, we will initiate the refund process. The refunded amount will be credited to the account details provided by the customer. Please allow up to 7 working days from the date of receiving the product for the refund to be processed.
